Regions Bank in the United States seeks a Cyber Security Manager to lead a diverse team of engineers and analysts in daily operations of enforcing, monitoring, and managing cyber security controls protecting the bank, customers, and associates.

The role covers malware defense, network security, security analytics, threat intelligence, data protection, vulnerability management, and customer authentication, with leadership over projects and cross-team collaboration in multiple locations including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and eight years of related experience.
• Or High School Diploma or GED and twelve years of related experience.
• Four years of lead or supervisory/managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops cyber security architecture/designs, controls, processes, standards and strategies.
• Develops and implements incident response protocols for threats and attacks.
• Communicates threat status to senior management and executives.
• Evaluates hardware, firmware, and software for security impact.
• Coordinates with other managers to integrate security with projects.
• Partners across TODD to strengthen risk management and compliance.
• Ensures disciplined change management by evaluating risk and control impacts.
