Target is seeking a lead Cybersecurity Engineer for AI Activation and Engineering. The role anchors engineering efforts, delivering end-to-end AI-enabled security solutions with a customer mindset.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity teams to understand apps, apply AI technologies, evaluate new tech, and guide large-scale, reusable patterns while maintaining architecture and cost of ownership. Hybrid work arrangement in MN.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of software development experience with at least one full cycle implementation.
• Demonstrates broad and deep expertise in multiple computer languages and frameworks (e.g., open source).
• Experience in building highly scalable distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineer for Cybersecurity AI Activation and Engineering initiatives.
• Deliver solutions that meet functional and non-functional needs with a customer mindset.
• Work with cybersecurity teams to understand applications and systems and contribute to AI capabilities.
