Job Description:

Sales employees will focus on acquiring new business and conducting customer visits in the field. When not in the field, they are expected to collaborate with their team from their assigned office location, if available.

Our Lead Customer Success Manager earns between $130,700 - $196,100. All the other amazing rewards that come with working at AT&T are also included. The starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Serve as the primary post-sale consultative partner, leveraging industry and product knowledge to drive customer satisfaction, maximize product value, and ensure effective adoption and utilization, ultimately enhancing client relationships and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for customers, foster long-term relationships, and proactively engage to ensure the product or service functions as intended and adds value.
  • Product Expertise and Strategic Recommendations: Use deep knowledge of client industries, products, and market roles to provide guidance, increase customer awareness, and make strategic recommendations, including identifying renewals, migrations, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking and Strategic Development: Monitor customer usage, satisfaction, risk, and success metrics, provide reports and insights, and assist in strategic planning to drive engagement, retention, and growth.
  • Knowledge Transfer and Feedback: Deliver training, provide feedback to product teams for improvements, and perform complex work independently with extensive judgment.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 5+ years of related experience.

Salary Range: $130,700 - $210,100
