Penn Medicine seeks a Lead Customer Service Specialist to support operations within Patient Access departments. This full-time position involves training staff, managing registration tasks, and ensuring operational goals are met. Applicants should have a high school diploma, customer service experience, and be proficient in basic computer skills. Preferred candidates may have Epic EMR experience and an associate degree. Position: Full Time (40 hours/week), 2nd shift, 2:45 pm - 11:15 pm, Monday to Friday. No weekends or holidays. Premium pay of $1.50/hour for ED registration.
Supports daily operations of Patient Access departments, including employee training, reporting, and quality assurance. Acts as a first-line resource for staff, resolving registration issues, and overseeing workload and operational goals.
