Key Responsibilities

Greet customers, operate the register, make purchase suggestions, and assist with our food program. Lead shifts to gain entry-level management experience, maintain store standards, and provide friendly, efficient service. Regular onsite attendance is essential.

You will interact daily with customers and collaborate with a motivated team to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work quickly and collaboratively
  • Leadership qualities for supervising entry-level staff
Preferred Experience
  • Retail and customer service background
  • Entry-level management experience
  • Cashier or sales associate experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Motivation and willingness to learn and grow
Physical Requirements
  • Stand and walk up to 8 hours
  • Lift/carry up to 30 pounds regularly, up to 60 pounds occasionally
  • Push/pull up to 20 pounds
  • Bend, twist, grasp, reach, and climb as needed
