Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers, operate the register, make purchase suggestions, and assist with food programs. Lead shifts to gain entry-level management experience. Maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service. Ensure regular onsite attendance. Engage with customers daily and work collaboratively with your team to accomplish store goals.

Qualifications:
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership qualities for supervising entry-level staff
Preferred Experience:
  • Retail and customer service background
  • Entry-level management experience
  • Cashiering or sales experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Motivation to advance your career and willingness to learn
Physical Requirements:
  • Stand and walk for up to 8 hours
  • Lift up to 30 pounds regularly; occasional lifts up to 60 pounds
  • Push/pull with up to 20 pounds of force
  • Bend and twist during shifts
  • Manipulate objects and possibly climb ladders
