Lead Customer Service Representative

Your Key Responsibilities:

You will greet customers, operate the register, cashier, make purchase suggestions, and sometimes work with our food program. You will also gain entry-level management experience by leading shifts regularly. You will work in various areas of the store to maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast, friendly service. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is essential.

You will interact with many customers daily while working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks.

You Are Good At:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds for up to 30 minutes
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 60 pounds
• Push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds
• Bend and twist for up to one hour per shift
• Use hands for grasping, reaching, manipulating, and climbing ladders
