Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers, operate cash register, suggest purchases, assist with food program
  • Lead shifts, maintain store appearance, ensure high standards
  • Provide fast, friendly service and maintain consistent attendance
  • Engage with customers and team members to accomplish daily goals
Qualifications

  • Ability to work quickly and think proactively

Preferred Experience
  • Retail/customer service background
  • Entry-level management experience

Physical Requirements
  • Stand/walk up to 8 hours
  • Lift/carry up to 30 pounds regularly, up to 60 pounds occasionally
  • Push/pull with 20-pound force
  • Bend, twist, grasp, reach, and climb as needed
