Key Responsibilities

Greet customers, operate the register, make purchase suggestions, and work with our food program. Lead shifts to gain entry-level management experience. Maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service. Ensure regular onsite attendance. Interact with customers and work with a motivated team to accomplish daily tasks.

Qualifications
  • Skills in selling products and providing excellent customer care

  • Ability to perform quickly while having fun
  • Teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership and entry-level supervisory experience
Preferred Experience
  • Retail and customer service experience
  • Entry-level management experience
  • Sales associate or cashier experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Motivation to advance and willingness to learn
Physical Requirements
  • Stand/walk for up to 8 hours
  • Lift/carry up to 30 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 60 pounds
  • Push/pull with up to 20 pounds force
  • Bend, twist, grasp, reach, and climb as needed
