Key Responsibilities

Greet customers, operate registers, make purchase suggestions, and assist with food programs. Lead shifts, maintain store standards, and provide excellent service. Work inside and outside the store to ensure high standards and customer satisfaction. Regular attendance is required.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

• Retail and customer service background
• Entry-level management experience
• Cashier or sales associate experience

Physical Requirements

• Stand/walk up to 8 hours
• Lift/carry up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 60 pounds
• Push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds
• Bend and twist for up to one hour per shift
• Use hands for grasping, reaching, and manipulating objects
