Key Responsibilities

Greet customers, operate the register, make purchase suggestions, and assist with our food program. Lead shifts to gain management experience, maintain store appearance, and provide fast, friendly service. Regular onsite attendance is required. Work across various store areas to uphold standards and customer satisfaction. Interact with customers daily as part of a fun, energetic team.

Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Strong communication and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work quickly and collaboratively
  • Problem-solving and quick thinking
  • Leadership experience in entry-level supervision
Preferred Experience
  • Retail and customer service background
  • Entry-level management experience
  • Sales associate or cashier roles
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Motivation to advance and have fun
Physical Requirements
  • Stand/walk for up to 8 hours
  • Lift/carry up to 30 pounds; occasionally up to 60 pounds
  • Push/pull with up to 20 pounds of force
  • Bend and twist for about an hour per shift
  • Use hands for grasping, reaching, and manipulating objects, possibly climbing ladders
