Responsibilities

• Greet customers, operate cash register, and assist with purchase suggestions
• Work with our food program and lead shifts to gain entry-level management experience
• Maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to sell products and provide excellent customer care

• Ability to work quickly and as part of a team
• Problem-solving skills and quick thinking
• Leadership qualities for supervising entry-level employees

Preferred Experience

• Retail and customer service experience
• Entry-level management experience
• Sales associate or cashiering experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Motivation to advance and willingness to learn

Physical Requirements

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift/carry up to 30 pounds regularly; occasionally up to 60 pounds
• Push/pull with up to 20 pounds of force
• Bend and twist during a shift
• Manipulate objects with hands, possibly climb ladders
