We seek motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and want to grow their careers. As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you will enjoy:
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers, operate registers, suggest purchases, assist with food programs, and lead shifts, gaining entry-level management experience. Maintain store standards, ensure fast and friendly service, and promote a positive environment. Regular onsite attendance is required.
Skills and Qualifications: Excellent customer service, sales skills, quick thinking, team leadership, and previous retail or cashier experience preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Motivated to advance and willing to learn and have fun!
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours, lift up to 30 pounds regularly, occasionally lift 60 pounds, push/pull 20 pounds, and perform physical tasks involving bending, reaching, and climbing.
