Your Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, operate the register, make purchase suggestions, and work with our food program.
• Lead shifts and gain entry-level management experience.
• Maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service.
• Ensure regular onsite attendance.
• Work in various store areas, inside and out.

You Are Good At:

• Selling products and providing excellent customer care.
• Effective communication and friendly interaction.
• Working quickly while having fun.
• Teamwork to achieve goals.
• Problem-solving and quick thinking.
• Leading and supervising entry-level staff.

Great If You Have:

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Entry-level management experience.
• Sales associate or cashiering experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance and willingness to learn.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand/walk up to 8 hours.
• Lift/carry up to 30 pounds, occasionally up to 60 pounds.
• Push/pull with up to 20 pounds of force.
• Bend, twist, grasp, reach, and manipulate objects.
