Your Key Responsibilities: Greet customers, operate the register, make purchase suggestions, and work with our food program. Lead shifts to gain entry-level management experience. Maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service. Ensure regular onsite attendance. Interact with customers and work with a motivated team to accomplish daily tasks.

You Are Good At: Selling products, providing excellent customer care, communicating effectively, working quickly and as part of a team, problem-solving, thinking on your feet, leading a team, and supervising entry-level employees.

Great If You Have: Retail and customer service experience, entry-level management experience, sales or cashiering experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, motivation to advance, and a willingness to learn and have fun.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours, lift/carry up to 30 pounds, occasionally lift up to 60 pounds, push/pull with arms, bend and twist, and manipulate objects with hands, possibly climbing ladders.
