THE VITAL ROLE YOU'LL HAVE:

As our Lead Customer Service Rep - Call Center Manager, you'll handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that every customer receives the top-notch service they deserve. You'll oversee the performance of other customer service representatives, providing guidance and feedback to help them improve. As the company grows, you'll play a key role in training new team members and instilling the high standards we are known for. Every day will bring new challenges, but you'll be empowered to lead a team that is focused on delivering excellence. Your ability to motivate, coach, and manage a team will directly impact the customer experience and help Kern Heating & Cooling maintain its reputation for outstanding service.

You'll have a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Call center experience
  • Experience as a supervisor in a call center environment
