Job summary

You will assist with training, enforce company policies, manage cash handling and POS accuracy, maintain cleanliness and stock levels, and coordinate with management to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support the customer service team to deliver exceptional service.
