GE Aerospace in the United States seeks a Lead Customer Operations Manager who drives end-to-end operational performance for assigned engine programs, interfacing customer needs with internal execution teams.

You will lead cross-functional planning across manufacturing, quality, engineering, and supply chain to deliver on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost commitments, while mentoring teams and championing continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years PM/Planning experience.
• 3+ years in Manufacturing Ops, Materials Mgmt, Production Planning, or Project Management.
• Ability to use SAP and Microsoft Excel for operational decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Lead order fulfillment and contract execution with timely communications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, planning, engineering, and sourcing.
• Provide data and updates for program management reviews on-site and at customer locations.
• Support forecasting, planning, billing, and collections for assigned programs.
• Identify risks using SAP data and develop mitigation plans.
• Create analytics in Excel to track priorities and delivery performance.
• Lead lean initiatives and standard work to improve productivity.
• Coordinate with teams to improve program performance and commitments.
• Maintain accurate order status in customer portals.
