Job summary

The position is full-time, non-exempt, offering a wage of $18.50–$26.08 per hour. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, and ensuring facilities meet district standards for cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years custodial experience.
• Ability to manage and delegate custodial staff.
• Ability to maintain custodial supply inventory and communicate with Inventory Management Specialist.
• Strong written and verbal communication; follow district policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a cleaning schedule including floors, walls, restrooms, windows and furniture.
• Manage and assist custodial staff in proper cleaning techniques.
• Keep campus and grounds neat and clean, including entryways and parking areas.
• Report emergencies and maintenance needs; initiate work orders and track status.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
