Job summary

CW Resources is seeking a Lead Custodian to oversee daily upkeep, cleanliness, and safety of our facility at Wright Patterson AFB. You will mentor a custodial team, many of whom are adults with disabilities, while performing hands-on cleaning tasks.

You will guide, coach, and support staff, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of duties during the Sunday–Friday 7:00 pm–11:00 pm shift. Prior experience with training and performance feedback is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on janitorial experience in commercial, industrial, educational, or government facilities.

• Teach custodial staff proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and use of equipment.
