Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs highly complex (senior-level) custodial work.
• Manages the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Provides backup support to other custodians as needed.
• Acts as lead to other custodians and backs up Custodial Manager in times of absence.
• Collaborates with custodial staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintains records of cleaning schedules, maintenance tasks and incidents.
