Perfection Commercial Services has been in business since 1991, and we are looking for a professional and highly motivated individual to join our dynamic and expanding commercial cleaning team as a Lead Custodian in the Battle Creek area.

Our Leads are responsible for coverage and detail work when needed of their assigned building(s).

Schedule

• Schedules include Sunday - Thursday or Monday - Friday, with shifts typically from 6pm - 2am; rotating weekend coverage may be necessary.

Essential Functions

• Wears all necessary personal protective equipment and follows all health and safety regulations based on client recommendations.
• Has working knowledge in all major areas of custodial maintenance, including restroom sanitation and office cleaning.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have dependable transportation to travel between local route stops.
