GRBS is seeking a Custodian Lead for Ionia Public Schools in the Ionia Public School District, MI. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday with one scheduled weekend per month, 3:00pm–11:30pm, totaling 40 hours per week. Pay rate is $16/hour.

You will lead the cleaning team, ensure a clean building, and uphold safety and accountability using GRBS tools. The position includes benefits such as paid holidays after one year, paid time off, daily pay options, and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID.
• Leadership experience required in a team setting.
