GRBS is hiring a Lead Custodian for the Ionia Public School District in Ionia, MI. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM with one scheduled weekend per month, totaling 40 hours weekly.

The pay rate is $16/hour, and we seek leaders who can guide a cleaning team and ensure safe, thorough building care. Ideal candidates are reliable, self-motivated, and dependable, with transportation to and from work daily.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Leadership experience is required for the Lead role.
• Must be 18+ with valid ID.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
• Ensure 40 hours per week with a Monday–Friday schedule and one weekend per month.
