Job summary

GRBS is hiring a Lead Custodian for Ionia Public Schools in Lake Odessa, MI. This full-time, second-shift role runs Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, with one weekend per month, totaling 40 hours weekly. Pay is $16.00 per hour.

You will lead a cleaning crew, ensure tasks are completed with GRBS tools, and maintain nightly perimeter checks. Eligible candidates must be 18+, have a valid ID, and demonstrate leadership.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with valid ID, leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
• Mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, removing trash, and other cleaning tasks as assigned.
