Job summary

GRBS Inc. is seeking a Lead Custodian for a full-time evening shift in the Comstock Park Public School District. The role includes leading a cleaning team, ensuring building cleanliness, and maintaining safety protocols.

Expect 3:00pm–11:30pm Monday through Friday with one weekend per month and Guaranteed 40 hours per week. Pay rate is $17.00/hour. Eligible benefits include paid holidays after 1 year, PTO, health insurance, a 401K option, and daily pay.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work each day.
• Ability to work 3:00pm–11:30pm and guarantee 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
• Complete Building Walkdowns.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, removing trash.
