GRBS Inc. is seeking a Lead Custodian for the Comstock Park Public School District in Michigan. This full-time position runs Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm, with one weekend per month and a guaranteed 40 hours per week.

Leadership experience is required and reliable transportation is essential. Responsibilities include supervising cleaning crews, ensuring safety and quality, and performing building walks and nightly checks.

When and Where is the job located:

We have the following full-time LEAD custodian opportunity available in the Comstock Park Public School District:

• Monday-Friday
• 1 scheduled weekend a month
• 3:00pm-11:30pm
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

LEAD Core Responsibilities:

• Execute the clean building process
• Finish the job with GRBS tools
• Complete 360 communication
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable
• Lead with integrity and humility
• Complete Building Walkdowns
• Nightly perimeter door checks

What does this job look like:

• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restroomsRemoving trash
• As well as other cleaning task as assigned
