Qualifications

• The Lead Custodian is responsible for providing hands-on leadership and support to the custodial team while ensuring assigned areas of the Ritenour School District are maintained in a clean, safe, and professional condition.
• The Lead Custodian works closely with custodians, supervisors, and HES management to ensure daily cleaning responsibilities and client expectations are consistently met.
• The Lead Custodian is expected to lead by example, maintain a professional attitude, assist with training employees, and help address daily operational needs.
