Job summary

Mystic Lake Casino Hotel is seeking a Restaurant Chef to oversee the culinary operations at Mystic Steakhouse. In this role, you will mentor the kitchen team, ensure quality food preparation, and create daily specials to enhance guests' experiences.

Qualifications

• 5 years of culinary education and/or cooking experience, with 3 years as Sous Chef.
• Ability to communicate effectively in spoken English.
• Basic knowledge of sanitation practices and quality control.
• Must complete formal tasting audition in front of Executive Chef.
• Some experience with relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Manage culinary operations at Mystic Steakhouse.
• Conduct interviews and supervise staff.
