Job summary

Northside Hospital in Georgia is seeking a Registered Radiologic Technologist to lead the daily activities of the assigned Modality (MRI, CT, US, or IR). This role serves as a resource to radiologists, staff, and referring physicians, and serves patients across age groups.

The candidate must be a RT/RTT, have 2 years of experience in the specialty area, and hold BLS certification. Supervisory experience (2 years) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT or RTT) required.
• Two (2) years of experience in Specialty Area.
• Must hold Certification in American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the daily activities of assigned Modality (MRI, CT, US, or IR).
• Acts as a resource concerning specialty area for radiologists, radiology staff and other departments.
• Acts as a liaison between their department and referring physician’s offices.
• Works with pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
