Job summary

Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, part of Trinity Health, seeks a CT Technologist for a full-time day shift (Mon-Fri, 6a-2:30p) with on-call and holiday rotation. The role focuses on CT imaging, contrast administration, and patient care across all ages.

Responsibilities include performing CT exams, ensuring protocol adherence, and maintaining PACS/RIS workflows while upholding infection control and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of Radiology Technologist is required.
• Experience as a CT Technologist is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills is required
• Ability to effectively prioritize work and work under stressful situations is required

Responsibilities

• Performs CT procedures accurately with knowledge of exam protocols.
• Manages PACS/RIS systems per set protocols.
• Maintains sterile technique and infection control.
• Interacts professionally with contacts.
• Draws up and administers contrast media per physician orders.
• Monitors for signs of contrast reactions and responds appropriately.
• Serves patients from all age groups as required.
