You will ensure timely processing and transmission of images to PACS and support patient care in a fast-paced radiology department.

Qualifications

ARRT-CT Certification is required.
CT license and fluoroscopy permit as required by state.
One year of acute, clinical radiology experience preferred.
Knowledge of mobile and stationary radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment is required.
Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.
Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

Lead CT Technologist leads or coordinates shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or staff.
Supervises staff in the absence of manager/director.
Promotes teamwork and good customer service.
Assists in annual evaluations and staff discipline.
Provides quality images and works with Radiologist in procedures.
Transmits images to PACS.
