Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in Henrico, VA seeks a Lead CT Technologist (R.T.(R)(CT)(ARRT)) to supervise CT imaging teams and ensure excellent patient care. This role performs diagnostic CT procedures, mentors staff, maintains quality and regulatory compliance, and supports radiologists in biopsies and procedures.

The ideal candidate has ARRT in Diagnostic Radiology, CT advanced modality, BLS, 1 year CT experience (2 preferred), and strong teamwork, communication and patient-focused care.

Qualifications

• ARRT Diagnostic Radiology certification required.
• Advanced modality registration in CT (ARRT) required.
• State licensure preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CT team and supervise staff activities.
• Perform CT procedures with safety and accuracy.
• Maintain image quality and regulatory compliance.
• Assist radiologist with biopsies and related procedures.
