Overview

Department: Computerized Tomography

Schedule: Full Time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Saturdays as needed, on-call rotation

Responsibilities

The Lead CT Technologist leads or coordinates shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and staff. Supervises staff in the absence of the manager/director. Promotes teamwork and good customer service. Assists in annual evaluations and staff discipline. The Lead CT Technologist works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for providing quality images. The Lead CT Technologist supports the Radiologist in performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Responsible for processing and transmitting images to PACS.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred.
2. Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment is required.
3. Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.
4. Radiology license and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
5. Radiology ARRT Certification is required as of 07/01/2015.
6. Must maintain BCLS (AHA) certification upon hire.
7. Proficient computer skills.

The estimated total compensation range for this role, including wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $35.72 to $51.74. The exact starting salary will be determined at the time of hire, based on factors such as skillset, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
