General Function

Provide excellent customer service in all interactions. Refer customers to the appropriate business partner for a consultative conversation. Responsible for complex duties of a CSR, exercising considerable independent judgment. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas, elevating concerns, and following policies and procedures. Always act in the best interest of customers and colleagues to ensure a positive customer experience. Achieve results by identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks within the Bank's risk appetite.

Customer Experience

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deepen relationships and treat customers with genuine care by listening to their needs, asking questions, and guiding them to meet their financial needs.
  • Follow up on customer questions and find solutions to issues.
  • Respond promptly to communication to maintain clear lines of communication.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  • Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other policies, maintaining ethical behavior.
Operations
  • Collaborate with Financial Center Manager to complete all monthly cash counts.
  • Partner with the Manager to gather and report monthly FCA requests.
  • Perform daily office responsibilities with the CSR and Bankers to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain accurate balancing records, find and correct outages, and assist others.
  • Stay informed of bank policies and procedures, updating knowledge as needed.
  • Exercise sound judgment in decision-making, adhering to guidelines.
  • Assist in training new Customer Service Representatives.
Referrals
  • Identify customer needs during interactions and refer to Bankers or business partners for further consultation.
  • Build knowledge of retail products and services.
  • Use appropriate tools for tracking referrals to personal bankers and partners.

Perform other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Extensive cash handling experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
  • Ability to interact confidently with the public and adhere to dress code.
  • Initiative, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership qualities and resourcefulness.
  • Alignment with company values: accountability, respect, inclusiveness, integrity.
  • Flexible scheduling.
Working Conditions
