General Function

Provide excellent customer service in all interactions. Refer customers to the appropriate business partner for a consultative conversation. Responsible for complex CSR duties, exercising independent judgment. Ensure risk management by following policies, raising concerns, and doing the right thing for customers and colleagues. Identify, assess, and manage risks within the bank's risk appetite to achieve results.

Customer Experience

• Deepen relationships by listening to customer needs, asking questions, and guiding them to meet their financial needs.
• Follow up on customer questions and address issues promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Adhere to the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other policies.

Operations

• Collaborate with the Financial Center Manager for cash counts and FCA requests.
• Perform daily office responsibilities to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate balancing records and update knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Assist in training new Customer Service Representatives.

Referrals

• Identify customer needs and refer to Bankers and business partners.
• Maintain knowledge of retail products and services.
• Track referrals using appropriate tools.

Perform other duties as assigned. No supervisory responsibilities.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required

• High school diploma/GED.
• Extensive cash handling experience.
• In-depth knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
• Ability to interact confidently with the public and take initiative.
• Demonstrate leadership, accountability, respect, and integrity.
• Flexible scheduling required.
