Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand and write the English language at the eighth-grade level.
• Eighth-grade level math competency to make change and count products.
• Sufficient visual acuity to check identification.
• Ability to read and understand instructions for operating electronic cash registers, gas consoles, and other equipment.
• Good personal grooming habits.
• Standing for up to 8 hours and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the register and on the floor.
• Complete all shift duties as assigned.
• Safeguard company assets and follow cash control policies.
• Open the second register when needed to provide fast service during busy periods.
