Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. in Puerto Rico seeks a Civil Structural Architectural (CSA) Construction Superintendent in Guaynabo/Carolina. You’ll lead daily scheduling and planning at the project site, ensuring materials, equipment and personnel are aligned to complete the work safely and efficiently.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred, with 5+ years on site and as a foreman/superintendent. Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Bluebeam is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree.
• At least 5 years of construction site experience
• At least 5 years of experience as a general foreman, superintendent, and/or construction manager
• Demonstrated working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building required

Responsibilities

• Lead on daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site.
• Ensure the right materials, equipment and people are on site to get the job done.
• Maintain safety, health and well-being of the team and the environment.
• Coordinate with owner and designers and lead client and construction meetings.
