Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. seeks an experienced I&C/Electrical Construction Superintendent in Carolina/Guaynabo, PR to lead scheduling, planning and on-site execution for state-of-the-art facilities.

You’ll ensure safety, manage materials and personnel, and coordinate with owners, designers, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time. Required: 5+ years on construction sites, degree in engineering/construction or equivalent, and knowledge of design, CM, and project delivery methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of construction site experience.
• Minimum 5 years as general foreman, superintendent, or construction manager.
• Experience with HVAC, instrumentation, automation, or electrical equipment.
• Experience coordinating multiple contractors and subs.
• Experience with commissioning, qualification, and validation activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and subcontractors on site.
• Plan and coordinate daily construction activities and schedules.
• Submit daily reports and monitor progress.
• Oversee safety, quality, and productivity performance.
• Interface with engineering, operations, and project management teams.
• Conduct daily coordination and safety meetings.
