The role requires a Master’s in a quantitative field and 5–7 years in financial analysis or crypto research, with strong Python/SQL skills and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, investment research, or data analytics with cryptocurrency focus.
• Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and translate into actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of blockchain, tokenomics, DeFi, and NFTs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis of cryptocurrencies, blockchain projects, and market trends.
• Develop analytical models to forecast market movements and identify investment opportunities.
• Lead a team of crypto analysts, providing mentorship and performance management.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and insights for internal stakeholders and management.
