Job summary

Blue Origin in Denver, CO, is looking for a Sr. Fluid Distribution Subsystem Responsible Engineer/Technical Lead to provide technical leadership for the Lunar Permanence business unit. You will manage component schedules, lead technical trades, and mentor team members while developing critical systems for lunar missions.

The ideal candidate has a B.S. and 10+ years of experience in fluids and mechanical systems, with a strong background in certification of aerospace systems. The position offers a competitive salary and various benefits including stock options and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in fluids and mechanical systems/components.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Familiar with agile or waterfall project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and control the liquid subsystem technical and cost baseline.
• Manage external procurements and internal hardware dependencies.
• Lead technical trades on cryogenic systems.
