Job summary

Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) is seeking a Cross-System Collaboration Administrator to manage the Next Generation of Managed Care programs and partnerships. You will supervise a unit, align efforts with quality strategies, and coordinate with health systems, community groups, and state agencies to drive improvement projects.

The role emphasizes leadership, data interpretation and stakeholder engagement to deliver population-based health outcomes and cost-effective care across Ohio.

Qualifications

• Graduate core program completion in business/public administration/public health or related field.
• 25 months of experience planning and administering health services programs or health services project management.
• Or 24 months as Medicaid Health Systems Administrator 1, equivalent to minimum qualifications.

Responsibilities

• supervise Cross-System Collaboration unit within ODM's Office of Health Innovation & Quality.
• Direct/coordinate payor and clinical best practice programs and partnerships.
• Align unit work with ODM population-based quality strategies and managed care programs.
• Collaborate with ODM offices, community orgs, state agencies, MCEs and health systems to drive improvements.
