Qualifications

Led software teams with hands-on management and technical direction.
Strong background in modern web and cross‑platform desktop apps with backend services.
Experience building offline applications with syncing when reconnected and usable offline.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow the team across application and backend development, including hiring and mentorship.
Own end-to-end application development across Windows, Linux, macOS, and web.
Own backend services, data pipelines, identity, tenancy, and software updates.
Build for offline operation as a standard state and ensure resilience.
Make architecture calls on front-end, data model, security, and build vs. adopt decisions.
Set and uphold engineering quality: code reviews, testing, CI/CD, observability, on-call.
Stay hands-on: review code and own architecture across front-end, service, and data.
