Job summary

Priority Ambulance California LLC is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Critical Care Transport (CCT) team to oversee advanced nursing care during interfacility transports and to serve as a clinical resource.

The role supports clinical and operational readiness, staff development, quality initiatives, and protocol compliance, collaborating with operations leadership, the Medical Director, dispatch, and partner facilities.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license valid for the state(s) where duties are performed.
• BLS and ACLS certification required; PALS if applicable by operation.
• Demonstrated critical care nursing experience with leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Provides advanced critical care nursing during interfacility transports.
• Acts as clinical lead and resource for the CCT team.
• Ensures protocol compliance, documentation accuracy, and safety.
• Leads education, orientation, and coaching of transport staff.
• Collaborates with Medical Director, dispatch, and facilities to optimize care.
