Qualifications

• 1-year recent (within last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in Critical Care, or successful completion of a KP Critical Care course or approved equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care and policy.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and supervise, mentoring team members as needed.
• Ensure patient safety, accurate documentation, and timely discharge planning.
• Advocate for patients and families, maintain confidentiality and dignity.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and interdisciplinary rounds.
