MyStethi, LLC is seeking an experienced critical care physician to lead the Medical/Surgical ICU team in a comprehensive care setting in New Jersey. The role emphasizes evidence-based management of cardiovascular, pulmonary, thoracic, and vascular conditions with a focus on patient outcomes and safety.

The position requires certification in Critical Care Medicine, strong leadership, and collaboration across specialties.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited university.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in New Jersey.
• Fellowship trained and Board Certified or Board Eligible in Critical Care Medicine.
• Board Certification in another qualifying primary specialty (Anesthesiology, Surgery, Medicine).
• Current DEA registration.
• Current BLS and ACLS.

Responsabilités

• Provide nights, weekends, and day shift coverage for the ICU, including admission, evaluation, and ongoing management of critically ill patients.
• Lead multidisciplinary ICU rounds and coordinate comprehensive treatment plans.
• Ensure timely communication with patients, families, and caregivers regarding diagnoses and goals of care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in the EMR.
• Promote adherence to regulatory standards and hospital policies.
• Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and outcomes initiatives.
• Educate and mentor advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and students.
