Ocrolus is transforming lending with AI-driven analytics and a robust data platform that processes vast volumes of credit applications monthly. The Small Business team mines internal and partner data to deliver predictive models and analytics tools that improve credit decisions and risk management.

We seek a seasoned analytics leader to mentor teams, collaborate with product and revenue, and deliver impactful data products to market.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in risk analytics and data science with production models
• Deep knowledge of small business credit, underwriting, and portfolio management
• Expertise with LLMs and AI tools to create data products
• Full stack data-science: ideating, building, deploying, monitoring in production
• Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and ML algorithms
• Strong software/data engineering fundamentals; proficient in Python and data-science libraries
• Excellent SQL skills and experience with large data warehouses (Snowflake/Postgres)

Responsabilités

• Analyze large, diverse datasets on business cash flow, credit, and repayment performance to uncover insights
• Partner with product, engineering, and leadership to develop data products and drive client impact
• Lead analytics efforts to research and develop new data and decisioning tools
• Interact with clients as a subject-matter expert on small business credit and Ocrolus analytics
• Develop robust, scalable models balancing complexity and interpretability
• Translate business challenges into well-defined data science problems
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of models from exploration to deployment and monitoring
• Example SMB initiatives include fraud detection systems and transaction classification improvements
