The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant experience, expert SQL skills, and proficiency in Python for data analysis and experimentation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in credit risk, data science, or advanced analytics, preferably within consumer lending.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation.
• Strong programming skills in Python for data analysis and predictive modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk strategy for MyPay, managing underwriting, limit assignment, and loss forecasting.
• Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize credit limits and user experience.
• Utilize advanced statistical modeling to enhance predictive models.
