Job summary

City Way Animal Clinics, located in Indianapolis, seeks a Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join the Mass Ave practice. Work within an AAHA-accredited facility, providing high-quality care with access to in-house ultrasound and specialty consultations within Mission Pet Health’s network.

You will administer treatments, monitor anesthesia, perform lab work, mentor staff, educate pet owners, and help uphold our high standards of care in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program.
• A current state veterinary technician license in good standing.
• Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology, and laboratory procedures.
• One year of veterinary experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care, including administering treatments, monitoring anesthesia, and performing lab work.
• Lead and mentor the medical team, ensuring efficient workflow and growth of teammates.
• Educate clients on treatments and review medical records, answering questions confidently.
• Contribute to a positive culture and maintain high standards within the hospital environment.
