• Experience with data analysis, data analytics, quantitative analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end support solutions for our paid user base and creator ecosystem.
• Modernize YouTube Creator journeys across AdSense products (e.g., account approvals, verifications, forms of payment).
• Oversee development of support experiences enabling creator growth and proactive policy education.
• Identify friction points in monetization journeys and drive improvements with AI-driven and live agent interactions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality support outcomes.
